At Wooodify, your satisfaction matters to us. If you have any issues with your order, we are here to help.
✅ Returns & Refund Eligibility
We accept returns for the following reasons:
1- Wrong item received
2- Damaged or defective product
3- Item not as described
To be eligible for a return:
1- Request must be made within 14 days of delivery
2- Item must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging
Custom or used items cannot be returned.
✅ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
1- Order number
2- Photos or video of the issue
3- Packaging photo (if applicable)
We will send a replacement or issue a refund.
✅ Multiple Warehouse Orders
Because we ship from different warehouses, items may arrive in separate packages.
If one item arrives and another arrives later, this is normal — please wait until all packages arrive before submitting an issue.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
1- Used or opened items
2- Items without original packaging
3- Clearance or final-sale items
4- Items returned without prior approval
💰 Refund Process
Once your return is approved and received, we will:
1- Inspect the item
2- Send you a confirmation email
3- Process refund to your original payment method
Refunds usually take 3–10 business days depending on your bank/payment provider.
🚚 Return Shipping
1- If the return is due to a damaged, wrong, or defective item, we cover return shipping.
2- If the return is due to change of mind or ordering mistake, the customer covers return shipping cost.
🔄 Exchanges
We offer exchanges for damaged or incorrect items only.
📦 Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled — you may request a return after receiving it.
